Shipping Methods
After we have received your order and confirmation of payment, your order will be forwarded to the warehouse within 24 hours.
Delivery times are known to vary from time to time (usually takes 2-5 business days). Unfortunately, delivery times are not guaranteed and are just an estimate. Orders placed before 10am will typically be dispatched same day.
Once your order is dispatched from the main warehouse (Nijmegen/Netherlands), you will receive an email with all relevant shipping details.
We work with a variety of couriers including DPD, DHL and GLS. Delivery to Switzerland and Norway usually take place via Fedex.
Should the recipient not be at home at the time of delivery, a notice of delivery will be left advising where the shipment is being held for pickup. If you have missed a delivery, simply use the shipment number on the card that is left in your mailbox.
You will then be able to pick up your parcel when it suits you best. The courier will keep your package at a parcel station for a few calendar days.

SHIPPING - Customers from Switzerland
Orders for Swiss customers are shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands.
Shipping to Switzerland is mainly done with Fedex and the shipping time is only 2-3 working days in most cases.
The VAT has been deducted from the prices and will be collected by customs directly.
You will receive a net invoice from us.
Customers from Switzerland can also hand over customs clearance to external service providers such as MeinEinkauf.ch
